1.1. Retail
Pricing
Retail price quoted in this website is a delivery price
up to the door step
of the customer of North America (
USA, Canada) which includes shipping.
Customers from other
countries than North America may or may not have to
pay
additional shipping charges. We encourage buyers from other
countries
than USA, Canada to use "Negotiated Invoice Tools"
while sending retail
order and we will let them know if their is
any additional shipping charges
to be paid. Retail buyers may
have to pay import duties where applicable in
their importing
country. Our courier or agent may pay first import
duties
then later charge to customer at the time of goods
delivery or may be asked
to pay before delivery. This
price is quoted as for final consumer who
buys either
single piece or multiple single piece items at a
time.
1.2 Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale price quoted
in this website either in a dozen (12 pcs) or a
half
dozen ( 6 pcs) price is also door to door price for North American
retailers/buyers. To get this price buyers should buy minimum of
6 pcs ( or
negotiate with us for some high value item). This
price is conveniently set
for retailers who buys in small
quantity of multiple products for
retailing. The customer may
have to pay import duties either paid at time of
receipt of
goods or our agent will clear custom and later billed for actual
paid.
1.3 FOB Export Pricing
The FOB
price quoted in this website is FOB price Kenya. The seller takes
responsibility to transport goods up to the Airport or
clearance point in
Nairobi or for sea port. This price is
applicable to those importers who buys
in bulk quantity and have
it shipped via air cargo or sea freight. Buyer
takes full
responsibility after goods have been dispatched. Buyers pay
freight, insurance, custom clearance and pay import duties.
Buyers may ask
seller to use different method of shipping such
as express courier, air
cargo and sea cargo etc. Buyers of
this type may use "Negotiated Invoice
tools " when placing order
to negotiating orders.
2. Stock
Though the stock shown on
the website are one or two pcs or dozens, you may
order any
quantity while ordering for wholesale and FOB meeting mimimum
quantity requirement of half dozen (6 pcs ) Average
stocking of products
ranges from 10 to 100 pcs of each
item.
3. Delivery
3.1.Retail Buying Delivery
Retail
buying goods are shipped once a month from Nairobi to USA (
takes
about one week to reach to PEOPLink) on 1st day of each
month. The shipment
is consolidated with order received from
various customers. PEOPLink in
Maryland receives order and split
individual packet and reships to
individual customer by
using USPS. So it will take another 4- 5 business
days to
reach to customer. Depending upon the multiple order received we may
also ship directly to customer address where possible to
minimize the
delivery time. We also can do immidiate shipping
based on stock availability
and upon customer's request if
customer is willing to pay additional
shipping charges that may
be applicable .
3.2. Wholesale Buying Delivery
Wholesale
buying is also shipped once a month at 2nd day of each month from
Nairobi to PEOPLink, USA in consolidation shipment subject
to availability
of stock. We will inform vendors about the
delivery schedule. PEOPLink will
then reship to final
destination by USPS. So it can be expected to receive
by
15th of each month latest by buyers. The shipment delivery date is
also
negotiated some time between vendors and buyers if certain
stocks are not
available. We may also ship at shortest time
possible depending upon order
size and the urgency of delivery
subject to we meet our delivery cost.
Retailers/buyers may also
ask for immediate shipping and we may ship
depending upon size
of order and meeting delivery cost within our price
range.
3.3. FOB Price Export Delivery
Delivery will be
made within one week upto three months maximum depending
upon
size of order. However, we will give you exact delivery date at the
time of order confirmation or negotiation. Any unforseen or
unexpected
reason for late delivery will be informed or
permissions from buyers will
be taken before shipment for any
late delivery of goods.
4. Payment Methods and
Procedures
Customers may pay immediately by using credit card for
retail and wholesale
buying. We also accept bank transfer.
FOB export buyers may send bank
transfer to our account or we
may give option to pay by credit card
depending upon size of
amount. For large export order, we would also
negotiate for L/C.
Normally, for export order, we accept bank transfer. 25%
as
advance is required for confirming order and remaining before
delivery.
5. Shipping and Custom Policies
We use
DHL or other express courier for retail and wholesale buying. We
may
also use courier for FOB export buying depending upon
request of buyers.
But, for large order, we advise buyers to use
Air Cargo or Sea Cargo. We wil
provide you shipping cost based
on the shipping volume before shipping.
6. Insurance
For
Retail/wholesale buying we insure the goods for losses and damage.
Customers are requested to contact us within 7days if they
recieve goods in
damaged boxes and have lost items due to the
broken packet. We will refund
or replace the items. For Export
buyers, insurance has to arrange by
themselves which we can do
for them on charging insurance premium.
7. Custom
Orders
We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We
provide exclusively
design as per request. Please
send your request with details using
"Negotiated Invoice
Tools".
8. Errors on Pricing and Cancellatin of
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for
price change due to
price errors printed on the website due to
technical problem or any other
reasons. We will ask further
instruction to customers whether to readjust
the price or cancel
the order. If order is cancelled then we will refund the
amount
to customer. Once order is confirmed, the price will not
change.
