Whenever you are browsing a Vendor's web site and you see a link to "login" on a product page, this is an indication that the Vendor has set pricing for this product that you may be able to see. After registering as a wholesale buyer, you may follow thsi link and one of two things may happen. The Vendor may have configured a price schedule to be visible to all registered wholesale buyers, in which case you will immediately see the wholesale price; or else you will see a link called "request". If you follow the "request" link you will be prompted to send a message to the vendor requesting access to their wholesale prices. When the vendor reviews and approves your request, you will be sent an email and you will have access the vendor's exclusive FOB prices. It's also possible that the vendor set prices just for you. If so they will probably advise you of this fact.
