Policies, Terms, Condition and information on customer service

1. Pricing

The price quoted in this  website/catalog CD, are of FOB colombo.  Freight charges/Shipping charges are payable by the buyers.  

2. We accept any size of order. But for bulk order please allow us minimum two to three months.  

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made within one month to three months maximum depending upon size of order. However, we will give you exact delivery date at the time of order confirmation. 

3.   Payment Methods and Procedures

We accept bank telegraphic transfer into our account in Sri lanka. We will give you our address/account for such payment once order is confirmed. We need an advance of 50% for all orders. Remaining balance should be paid after shipping against bank documents.  

4.  Shipping and Custom Policies

We will use most convenient and efficient mode of shipping. We can use both sea and air freight mode of shipment as per client's instruction. We also deliver goods door to door via Fedex and DHL if the buyer requests, but there would be an extra shipping charge for this. For order below 10 Kg we advise buyers to use Fedex/DHL door to door service. Retailers may order in small quantity for which we will make delivery up to the door step of the clients if requested.

 5. Insurance

Insurance can be arranged for your goods upon request. It would work out cheaper to insure from Sri Lanka.

6. Custom Orders

We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We provide exclusively design as per request.  Please send your request with details.

7.  Errors on Pricing and Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for price change due to price errors printed on the website. We will ask further instruction to customers whether to readjust the price or cancel the order. Once order is confirmed, the price will not change.
