management the service of distribution at a national level. Using e-commerce, Camari
offers online shopping for individual and wholesale orders, as well as the option
to receive the products at the consumer's preferred destination.
We
make available a variety of products in our artisan and agriculture lines,
offering high quality products without affecting the environment, public health
or the lives of people, procuring a healthy equilibrium between efficiency and
solidarity.

How can I make my purchase?
To
find a product, reference the categories and subcategories found on the menu bar
to he left of the screen, or search for an item in the upper right corner of the
screen using the reference digit of the product.
Once you have located a product, click on the image or
name of the product to get additional information about it, or to specify the
quantity you desire. Add the product to your account by clicking on the shopping
cart icon. Repeat this process to select additional
products.
When you are done shopping, review your order by
clicking on the "Checkout" button to select the business agreement and payment
method, following the steps that will appear.
How do I pay?
The
business agreement will allow you to specify the conditions and forms of payment
(bank transfer or credit card) with an online operator.
How does distribution work?
Camari.org receives orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year. Our customer service office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm
eastern standard time (GMT -05:00)
When we receive your order, we verify the existence of
the products in our stores and proceed to validate the information you provided
for the payment method.
The
order is then packed, while we verify the payment with the Bank or Credit Card
Company. We will send you an email confirming that your item has been
shipped.
Our
online clients can request certain products and services that are not found in
our stores. For this, we have enabled the "Demand" option. The client should
fill out the required information about the description of the product or
service that is desired from the agricultural and artisanal lines, and our
business will look for the requested item in our inventory and send you a quote
for your consideration.
Is it safe to buy on Camari.org?
Camari.org, as is the case with other websites, uses a
secure server to receive the information of our clients.
We
are also backed by more than 25 years in the business and we have at our
disposal national sales sites that facilitate and guarantee the transactions.
If
you prefer not to make your purchases online using our secure server, there
exist other forms by which you can place your order with us. Orders may be made
from any place in the world and will be directly attended to by
us.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipments are made during business hours from Monday to
Friday, on the date that you specify when you place your order. In the case that
you do not specify a delivery date, your items will be shipped immediately
following the verification of your form of payment.
How do I know if my order has been
shipped?
You
will receive a notification via email confirming that your order was
shipped.
