After 8 pioneering years of helping small enterprises in 44 countries all over the world take the first steps into e-commerce, we have made the difficult decision to suspend operations. When we first launched in 2000, our CatGen ( later OpenEntry) e-commerce platform was unique. However, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain and enhance this system operating as a small non-profit.

Naturally we feel terrible about letting down our many current users. Therefore we plan on keeping our 24/7 User Support staff available through this July to help you decide how to make your transition to your next hosting option.

If you have paid for a year of hosting with OpenEntry that expires after the end of July 2008, please contact our User Support Manager, Surendra Shahi (sshahi@OpenEntry.com) with your mailing address or PayPal ID for a refund of the remaining portion.

Surendra will also continue to provide e-commerce support services that we highly recommend because of his experience and dedication. He will contact you shortly regarding his offerings.
