Feature Set
The OpenEntry platform, currently in its fifth release, is a comprehensive package for creating an e-marketplace "straight out of the bottle". The basic technical building blocks consist of a Windows client application and an e-commerce server.Full details are available here.The following is a list of the main client features:

The OpenEntry e-commerce server consist of an open standards (Java, XML and PHP), application running on J2EE compliant application servers, and low cost open source platforms such as Apache, Linux, and MySQL. Currently it is running on a powerful database donated by Oracle. Additional features are as follows:
- Produces searchable Web catalogs under your own domain name
- Post items directly from catalog to eBay and to WorldofGood.com, an eBay Marketplace
- Bi-directional synchronization of data between the client and host, so you can maintain your web site from multiple locations or with multiple employees
